LTKM主要业务是家禽业，目前投入生产玻璃，并以生产高品质产品为目标。早前宣布了派发股息后，股价一路上涨，直至昨日收市价2.10.
LTKM6月财报的revenue增加RM500k，但是税前盈利却减少了大约RM2.5M。根据财报指出，盈利的减少主要是因为销售价降低以及主要饲料成本（玉米）的上涨造成。不过该公司认为下一季的盈利有望上涨，因为自6月尾开始鸡蛋销售价已经逐渐上涨；报告中并无提及关于玻璃制造厂的进展。

PPE/asset：0.629 （控制成本能力稍微降低）

receivable/PBT： 83.45% （这数目很高，可能是新投资的玻璃厂的关系吧）

LTKM的玻璃业务的厂房即将完工，预计将在今年年尾投入生产。市场对玻璃的需求很大，尤其是最近着重的环保措施，建筑领域对于高效能的玻璃产品也随着增长。
整体来说，营业状况还算稳定。
假设全年eps=30sen，pe8倍=RM2.40。在玻璃厂业务没有成长的情况下，目标价设为2.40.
我在这里假设LTKM的玻璃业务成长在于learning curve，只要能贡献2sen 的eps，那么暂时无恶的目标价将放在2.56.
目前决定继续持有。

欧元危机再现？
希腊危机又回来了吗？
本周欧元大幅滑落，目前报价1.2750左右。
刚刚看了新闻，希腊已经连续7个季度经济萎缩了，而这次希腊是唯一一个欧元区国家面对负成长的。欧洲5猪希腊意外的国家都有成长，是不是表示他们的财政状况健康了？但为什么欧元又开始跌了呢？虽然是我预料当中，不过由于不确定性的风险因素很高，我并不会再次抛空欧元。最主要是因为欧元5猪面临危机，除了失业率高之外，但却还处于经济成长，因此我对其他4猪造成欧元的危机暂时有所保留。希腊的5月份失业率高达12%，其中以青年最为严重，即每3个年轻人就有一个失业，失业人口高达60万人。看了这样的数据，我有些失望。失望的，并不是失业率高，而是失业率比我认为应有的数据还少。虽然相比之下，希腊比美国报出5月份失业率的9.7%更高。但是我相信美国的情况较为严重。

投资就是风险管理
投资到底是什么？很多人都有不同的定义。有些人认为投资是长期持有某种金融物品或事业，相反地，投机是短期的。无可否认，我也曾经这么认为。
最近，看到很多人即使是买入所谓的烂臭股或仙股，他们投入的金额高达上百千，却认为自己也是在投资，这勾起了我的好奇。这些人是太大胆想要购买廉价股博开番还是真的在投资呢？上百千不是小数目呢！几经考虑，左思又右想后，我大概得出了一个观点，到底什么才是投资。
投资就是投入某些物品或金钱，然后期待将来的回报能够增值。正如巴菲特所说的，投资的第一个原则就是保本，投资接下来的原则就是永远不要忘记第一个原则。或许你会问，既然投资是要求资产增值，为什么我们却要以保本为重呢？我认同巴菲特的说法，因此结合起来就得到一个结论，那就是投资就是风险管理。
要投资首先我们要确定好投资的目的，那就是我们要资产增值，那么既然我们要求资产增值，首先就要尽全力减低自己会面对的风险。一项投资如果没有最低化自己的风险，那么你将可能面对亏损，到时你的遭遇就是资产贬值而不是增值了。倘若你能够将你的风险最低化，那么你的投资项目增值的可能性将会大大提高。当然，胜算多高还是要看你分析风险和了解你自己的投资项目多少，就像巴菲特所说的：投资本身并不存在风险。风险存在于你的无知。
当我们做好所有的风险管理后，投资结果多数是在预料当中，除非你的风险管理做得不足。所谓成事在天，谋事在人。投资过程中的确会有意外的出现，所以这个意外就不能怪任何人了。那么当意外出现是怎么办呢？比如说投资股票的会遇到金融风暴；投资房产的会遇到楼市崩盘等。当这些风暴出现的时候大致上，人人都会面临资产贬值，即使很多国家也会遭遇通货紧缩的现象。不过假如你做好风险管理，达到保本的投资基本原则，那么正当资产贬值的同时，你可能面对资产缩水的可能，不过可能在通货紧缩的现象下，假如你的资产缩水率能够相等于通货紧缩率，那么你就可以算是资产保值，而不至于是资产贬值。比起其他资产缩水较于严重的，相对的你将变得比他更加富裕了。
至于投机，在计算好所有风险的情况下，短期的投资可以称为投机，这种计算过风险投机的胜算也是蛮高的。所以只要是有计算过风险，做足风险管理以提高胜算，那么就是我们白你可以称之为投资，或投机。相反地，没有做好以上的风险管理，那么这就叫赌！因此，我认为真正的的投资/投机就是做好风险管理；没有做好风险管理的‘投资’或‘投机’，在不了解状况的情况下，那就是赌！
据我所知，一些人可以认为赌是不好的行为，他们能够压抑自己不赌，但是在做投资时，他们对于顾问的意见不加以思索，就因此认定是个‘投资’或‘投机’的好机会。当局者迷，他们并不发现，其实他们自己就是在‘赌’一把～！
