LTKM Berhad ("LTKM" or "the Company") proposed subscription of 10,000,000 and 20,000,000 Redeemable Non-Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares (“RNCCPS”) of RM1.00 each (RM0.01 par value and RM0.99 premium) in LTK Omega Plus Sdn. Bhd. (“LTKOP”) and Lumiglass Sdn. Bhd. (“Lumiglass”) respectively, the wholly-owned subsidiaries of LTKM (“Collectively the Subscription”).

The Board of LTKM wishes to announce that the Company has on 14 March 2011 increased its investment in subsidiaries via a set-off against loans due from the subsidiaries in the following manner:-

(i) 10,000,000 RNCCPS of RM1.00 each (RM0.01 par value and RM0.99 premium) in LTKOP.

(ii) 20,000,000 RNCCPS of RM1.00 each (RM0.01 par value and RM0.99 premium) in Lumiglass.for a total consideration of RM30,000,000.00.LTKM's shareholdings in the subsidiaries before and after the Subscription are as follows:-

（吉隆坡14日讯）LTKM（LTKM，7085，主板消费产品股）宣布，透过抵消贷款的方式提高旗下两家子公司的投资额，总值3000万令吉。文告指出，LTKM将子公司LTKOP和Lumiglass的投资额，分别提高1000万和2000万令吉。
