Further to earlier announcements in relation to the Warrants Issue and on behalf of the Board of Directors of Masteel, MIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“MIMB”) is pleased to announce that Masteel had on 17 September 2010 entered into an underwriting agreement with MIMB for the underwriting of up to 68,019,390 Warrants to be issued by Masteel pursuant to the Warrants Issue.For consistency, the abbreviations used in the above are the same as those previously defined in the Company's announcement dated 18 May 2010.
